Rotor Clip Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Prices are subject to change without notice and all orders are subject to final acceptance by Rotor Clip/Rotor Clamp sales department, Somerset, NJ.

  2. Orders will be billed at quoted prices provided they are placed within 60 days of the quote date.

  3. All prices apply to intended quantities of each item requested for shipment at one time to each destination.

  4. All Rotor Clip/Rotor Clamp products are manufactured under the ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality system. They are inspected and shipped to customers in boxes with country of origin and lot numbers prominently displayed.

  5. No delivery dates are guaranteed. We assume no liability for any delays or failures to deliver due to an act of God, war, fires, strikes, accidents, government regulations/requirements, restrictions, allocations among customers made necessary by any shortages, inability to obtain raw materials, failure or malfunction of our manufacturing equipment, or any other cause of like or unlike nature beyond our reasonable control.

  6. Orders are not subject to change or cancellation and no merchandise may be returned without written authorization from Rotor Clip/Rotor Clamp Sales department.

  7. Orders for Rotor Clip/Rotor Clamp products will be considered complete when shipped within 10% over or under order quantities unless otherwise specified on customer orders.

  8. All claims and/or returns must be made within thirty (30) days from receipt of Rotor Clip/Rotor Clamp products by the customer. All parts are to be returned in original Rotor Clip/Rotor Clamp cartons. When and if claims arising out of the quality of our products are found by us to be justified, replacement will be made with products in compliance with applicable specifications. We shall have no liability beyond such replacement. Credit will be applied to future orders. No refund will be issued.

  9. TERMS: Prices are F.O.B. Factory Somerset, NJ; net cash 30 days. Remittances must be payable in U.S. funds to the order of Rotor Clip Company, Inc./Rotor Clamp, Inc.

  10. Prepaid transportation charges will be shown as a separate invoice item.

  11. Additional charges will be reflected on all orders requiring Special Inspection, Special Packaging and Certification.

  12. All orders are accepted on the basis of a $100 minimum invoice total for each shipping destination; export orders, $300.

  13. NOTE: Any change affecting the "Terms and conditions of Sale" stated above must be approved in writing by Rotor Clip Company, Inc./Rotor Clamp, Inc.

  14. All tools remain the property of Rotor Clip/Rotor Clamp.
