If the customer calls for a stock check, he/she will be quoted an actual delivery date, which takes into account all the elements of the manufacturing process at that point in time. This date is firm and you can expect your order to be delivered on time, barring any unforeseen circumstances such as production or weather-related problems.

Keep in mind that inventory fluctuates regularly and the lead-time quoted at 3pm to day may not be the same at 4pm. To take advantage of this new feature, we suggest placing your order at the time you are quoted a delivery date that is acceptable to you.
